Matt Jordan
Dr. Matt Jordan holds a PhD in Medical Science and a Master of Science in Exercise and Neuromuscular Physiology. Matt has been a performance scientist working with elite athletes over six Olympic Winter Games. His research focuses on neuromuscular adaptations to resistance training and knee injury/re-injury prevention. A key method in his research is the development of neuromuscular testing techniques that can be used to monitor recovery after knee injuries to forecast recovery and improve rehabilitation.

Megan Jones
Dr. Megan Jones (Bryanton) holds a PhD in Human Kinetics and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) for more than a decade. Her research career focused on understanding compensatory movement strategies and risk factors that can result from muscle weaknesses, fatigue, and neurodegenerative decline in older adults and other special populations. Megan is a retired Team Canada Powerlifter, and is committed to understanding the mechanisms of recurring injuries.

Lauren Fridman
Lauren Fridman holds an Honours degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Math, and has been Plantiga’s Lead Biomechanist for 4 years. She was a dual sport varsity athlete, competing in the NCAA for both Volleyball and Track & Field, and has a passion for movement optimization and individualized data analysis. This has led her to work with many individuals, including professional athletes, weekend warriors, and people with neurodegenerative disorders.
