Jump Height (Average)

Average jump height is the median height of all jumps recorded within an activity. This metric can be used as an accurate and reliable measure of lower-body power. Average jump height tends to have better repeatability than maximum jump height as a measure of fatigue. Plantiga recommends at least 5 jumps for an accurate average representation of jumping capacity.
