Jump Distance (Average)

Average jump distance is the median distance of all jumps recorded within an activity. This metric can be used as a valid and reliable measure of individual leg power, hip, and ankle function. Plantiga recommends 3 jumps on each leg for an accurate average representation of jumping capacity.
