Load Asymmetry

 

Load asymmetry is the percent difference between accelerations exerted on the left and right feet. It is defined by:

(R-L) / max(R,L)

The R or L signifier after the asymmetry percentage shows the side that experiences more accelerations. For example, an asymmetry of 9.12% L would indicate that the left foot experienced 9.12% more accelerations than the right foot.
