Vertical Push-off

 

The peak accelerations in the world vertical plane as the foot leaves the ground.

Vertical Push-off is calculated every time the foot leaves the ground, and is a means of quantifying strategy used to create energy.

Note that Vertical Push-off is different from the z-axis signal, because the z-axis changes orientation as the foot moves through space. Vertical Push-off is purely up and down.
